Reference use only
The app is a coding reference and educational tool, not medical advice, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional judgment. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS, CDC, or any government agency. Do not enter identifiable patient information.
Verify code selection
Always check the applicable official ICD-10-CM Alphabetic Index, Tabular List, and Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting. The app does not contain every inclusion, exclusion, sequencing, or additional-code instruction. Select codes using the documentation, encounter date, and applicable code-set version. Search ranking and synonyms are navigation aids, not coding recommendations. A billable label indicates a complete code in the included dataset, not a guarantee of reimbursement, medical necessity, coverage, or claim acceptance.
Permitted use
You may use the app for lawful personal, educational, and professional reference. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to submit knowingly inaccurate claims. Rights in official public-domain code data are not restricted by these terms. Other app assets and software remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses.
Ads and external services
The app may show third-party advertisements and link to external services. Ads are not endorsements by the publisher. Third-party products and services have their own terms and privacy policies. The Privacy Policy describes data handling and advertising choices.
Updates and availability
