Who operates this app
ICD-10-CM Code Finder is operated by MC SANTE PLUS SERVICES LLC. This policy covers the mobile app. Effective date: October 10, 2026.
Searches and saved codes
Code searches run against a database on your device. The app does not send search terms or saved codes to our servers or use them as ad-targeting keywords. Favorites are stored on your device. There is no account registration, and this version does not include our own analytics service. Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers, or other identifiable patient information.
Advertising and consent
The app integrates Google AdMob. Depending on the ad-serving mode, consent choices, and SDK configuration, Google and advertising partners may process IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP, ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information to deliver ads, prevent fraud, and measure performance. Local code search can work offline; advertising and external links require internet. We do not sell your search terms or saved codes. Advertising data is handled under Google’s and relevant partners’ policies.
Your privacy choices
Where Google’s consent platform requires it, the app displays a consent form and an Advertising privacy choices control under About. You can also manage advertising options in your device settings. Consent choices determine the ad-serving modes available; declining personalized advertising does not block code lookup.
Sharing, links, and support
When you choose Share or Copy, the selected code and description are passed to the device share sheet or clipboard. Your chosen destination may process that information. Opening websites or contacting support is voluntary. A support email may contain your email address and the information you choose to provide; please do not send identifiable patient information. External services have their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
Remove saved codes with the Save control or use Clear saved codes under About. Clearing app storage or uninstalling normally removes app-local data, although device backups may retain or restore copies according to your operating-system settings. We have no server copy of favorites to delete. Google and other external services apply their own retention policies. If you contact support, we keep correspondence only as needed to handle your request and any applicable obligations.
Children and security
This reference app is intended for adults, including healthcare professionals and students; it is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. Device security and access controls help protect local data, but no storage or communication method is completely secure.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date will be updated. Contact MC SANTE PLUS SERVICES LLC at services@findtheideas.com. Please do not include identifiable patient information.
