Free Trial Reminder Terms of Use
Agreement and operator
Effective October 11, 2026. These terms apply to Free Trial Reminder by MC SANTE PLUS SERVICES LLC. By using the app you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Support: services@findtheideas.com.
Manual tracking only
The app records information you enter and schedules local reminders. It does not subscribe to, access, cancel or pay for a provider’s service. Marking a trial canceled or kept only changes your record in this app. Complete cancellation with the provider and obtain confirmation yourself.
Deadlines and notification limits
Provider terms determine the actual billing time, time zone, cancellation deadline, taxes and fees. Check those terms and enter accurate dates. Calendar-based calculations may not match a provider’s billing rules. Notifications may be delayed, blocked or lost due to permissions, battery management, device state, changed time zones, operating-system behavior or errors. Use another reminder for important deadlines; delivery and avoidance of charges are not guaranteed.
Prices and estimates
Monthly amounts at stake or avoided are estimates from your entries. Weekly prices are annualized using 52 weeks and divided by 12; yearly prices are divided by 12. They are not verified savings or refunds. Changing currency changes the label on all entered amounts and does not perform exchange-rate conversion. The app is not financial advice.
Acceptable use and external services
Use the app lawfully for your own tracking. Do not attempt to compromise it or misuse advertising services. Check links before opening them. External providers and advertisements are independent services; their terms apply and inclusion does not endorse them.
Privacy and advertisements
The app-specific Privacy Policy explains local records, notifications, backups and Google AdMob. Banner ads may be displayed subject to applicable consent choices. The app itself does not charge subscription fees or process provider payments.
Availability and responsibility
The app is provided as available. You are responsible for your entries, provider cancellation, device permissions and backups. To the extent permitted by law, MC SANTE PLUS SERVICES LLC does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not responsible for missed deadlines or provider charges caused by reliance on reminders. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and ending use
Features and terms may change; an updated effective date will be shown. You may stop using the app at any time, delete trials and uninstall. This does not cancel subscriptions held with external providers. Contact services@findtheideas.com for app support.
