Free Trial Reminder Privacy Policy
Scope and operator
Effective October 11, 2026. This policy applies specifically to Free Trial Reminder, operated by MC SANTE PLUS SERVICES LLC. FindTheIdeas hosts this app’s legal pages; policies for other apps do not replace this policy.
Trial details on your device
The app saves trial names, start and end dates, prices, billing periods, reminder preferences, cancellation status, optional notes and links in a local SQLite database. No app account is required. This version has no publisher server receiving trial records and does not send those records to AdMob. Avoid saving passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information in notes.
Notifications and permissions
With your permission, the app asks your device to schedule local reminders. Reminder notifications include the trial name, end date and optional price and may be visible on the lock screen. You can control notification previews and permissions in device settings. Android alarm permission may be needed for precise scheduling. No remote push-token registration is used.
Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob for banner advertising. Depending on consent, configuration and platform, Google and its advertising partners may process advertising or device identifiers, IP address (including approximate location), device/app information, ad interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Test builds use Google test ad units. Google’s policies apply to its processing: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads . The app does not request precise location permission.
Your choices
Where required, a consent form is shown before ads can be requested. Settings shows Ad privacy choices when Google requires that option. You can also manage your advertising identifier in your device’s privacy settings. Some ads may remain contextual or limited depending on your choices. Notifications are optional; the in-app countdown still works when notifications are off.
Deletion, retention and backups
Trial records remain on the device until you delete them, clear app storage or uninstall. Delete a trial from its detail screen; the app first attempts to remove its scheduled reminders. Device or cloud backups controlled by your operating system may retain or restore app data. Manage those backups separately. We cannot remotely erase local records or operating-system backups.
Support and external links
If you email services@findtheideas.com, we receive the information you send and use it to respond and handle the request. Avoid sensitive details. Opening a cancellation link, website or advertisement takes you to another service governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Website hosting can process normal request data such as IP address.
Audience, security and rights
The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Local storage is not a password-protected vault; protect your device. Applicable privacy rights and mandatory protections are not limited by this policy. Contact services@findtheideas.com with privacy requests, including concerns about support correspondence. Google handles requests concerning its own processing.
Changes
We may update this app-specific policy when app behavior changes. The effective date and updated policy will be available in the app and on its hosted legal page.
